Things may not always go our way or we simply burn the candles at both ends, growing tired and sad. A simple solution is to find something to pick yourself up, whether a thought, a memory or an activity…often times the solution resides inside us. If the monotony of the days gets to great, maybe a nice retreat to nature is in order? Quietude is sure to find its way into our hearts and the beauty of Nature’s Canvas is sure to paint a brighter day…
