Remodeling the Soul

Remodeling the Soul

Returning to the Whole

Visual artwork co-created by Ani Po and OpenAI

Remodeling begins — not with the hammer — but with a noticing. A wall out of place — a crack in the corner — or room no longer matching the person we are becoming.

So we strip it down — peeling paint — pulling nails — lifting old carpet that once held stories of who we were before remembering began.

And as the room empties — so do we — clearing the clutter of inherited beliefs — dusting off the corners where shadows hid their quiet lessons.

One foot in the physical — measuring tape, stud finder, sawdust in the air — one foot in the unseen — guides whispering, intuition humming, Spirit rearranging the blueprint from the inside out.

Walking the middle road — Western medicine in one hand — ancient knowing in the other — we learn the body is not a machine but a cathedral — wired for healing — remembering — sacred return.

The remodel continues — muscles aching — heart opening — nervous system rewiring like new electrical lines behind freshly opened walls.

We discover that healing is not addition — but subtraction — removing what never belonged — old stories — wounds — identities no longer fitting the architecture of the soul.

And in the clearing — a remembering — that we were never separate from the Greater Whole — never exiled — never broken — only covered by layers of forgetting.

We sand the rough edges — patch the holes — prime the surfaces — and Spirit flows in like fresh paint — coloring the room with the truth we always carried.

The body responds — cells awakening — organs listening — immune system rising like a crew of master builders working overtime to restore the temple.

We stand in the doorway — between what was and what is becoming — seeing the remodel not as destruction but revelation — the unveiling of the original design.

Every board replaced — every wall opened — every breath taken — brings us closer to the Whole.

And when the final nail is set — the last brushstroke laid — the room glows with a familiar warmth — the warmth of home — the warmth of remembering — the warmth of I Am That I Am.

Remodeling the soul — returning to the Whole — we step back, hands dusty, heart steady, Spirit flowing — and whisper:

Ani Po — I Am Here.

I Am Whole. I Am Home.

Deepest gratitude for the connections made along the way, event, and syncrosensational moments that open our hearts. Today comes from the doorway, opened by Marilyn Glover, discussing the ability of having one foot in the real world and another in the spirit world.

Much gratitude for those who take time to read, ponder, and allow the inner workings of self to come forward. Grateful for the feedback, love shared, and, more importantly, the Dance with Inspiration. Deep Peace.
