About Joseph

Stepping into the Canvas is about taking the first steps into the Canvas of Life. It is said that God is the creator and nature is His Canvas. In a world of technologies, distractions and light-speed evolution, we are left to remain in the dark. Truth is laid before us, falsely, by our collective whole. You are invited to step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary. We are not meant to be suppressed and controlled, fearful and miserable, alone and scared, hateful and destructive. No, instead we are meant to be free. Free to Love unconditionally, creating the life we were meant to enjoy. Instead of divide and conquer, we shall come together as one. My intent is to share my thoughts in this blog, so that it provokes others into a self-discovery of themselves. While I have found happiness in my life, my hopes are to charge my viewers to see a different side to their current situation. It is said there is a spiritual solution to every opportunity, why not give it a try. I am a Father, Husband, Friend and Brother, a Healer, a Teacher, and a Student. Enjoy studying energy works, self-realization, Love in Action, and just the nuts and bolts of how things tick. Please feel free to look around and Share away! Much Love to you and Peace Profound...Joseph

Neutral Bouyancy

Neutral Buoyancy

Returning to our breath

Image of author on recent dive, taken by Dive Tribe Guam

Forcing a wave or rushing a dive — expending air — depleting energetic homeostasis. Enter the depths — deep within the sea of oceanic home welcoming embrace.

Deep dive — diving deeper — in unknown realities. Black butterflies flyby — mystical drawing of a daydreamer’s drifting thoughts — painting the Canvas of Life yet again, effortlessly.

Breathe in — up goes the buoyancy flow — rising with greater speeds if breath is left unchecked. Breathe out — down goes the rhythmic bobbing ascending to descend — rocket ships depth seeking return.

Pause

Observe

Every inhalation — releasing the rising pressures — returns the favorable exhalations. Like the ebb and flow of surfaced waves — we bob toward the stars — or sinking oblivion’s depths.

Balance is restored

Observe

Just as the sunken ship calls to the divers — like a mermaid calling to the seaman’s delight — the crashing waves command the surfer’s rite. Inner-world unfolding — outer-gaze withholding — one wrestles with the crashing sounds — the other effortlessly paddling in neutral buoyancy.

Mastering the breath — paddleboarder fusing — shredding with floating mysterious — onlookers perplexed by his presence. The others head straight in — hoping to catch a wave — whilst the master of breath — paddling parallel to crashing winds — glides right in.

Sharing a Piece of Paradise

Sharing a Piece of Paradise

Songs filled with heartfelt ancient beats

On the shores of Taki Maru by Author

Weaving clashing waves into breaking winds — Eastern skies opening to brightened seas — heart calls out first reefs shadowy past. Sing to the ocean breathless beats — sing to the mountains casting protective gaze — sing to heart’s content, endless deepened peace.

Stillness remains — emptiness filling cup — outward hands holding the balance of the diurnal course. Lost forgotten words — vacant ghostly shades of royal blues and turquoise hues — stopping for moments such as these.

Words on a page — filling voided thoughts with downloaded — transmuted energies of breezes sent from paradise. Transfixed on the daily routine — the pool boy painted the infinity pool with etched-out patterns of once before.

Silent is the mind — heart-beating recluse of ancient memories — home remains forever in the present moment. Rolling tides — repeating sounds of heartfelt tranquility — I am home.

Minus the plus one — soon arriving on Hagatna’s shores — reunited after heart-breaking distant deplores. Into the future — her arrival — nearly down under.

Like a childlike feeling — candy stores offering — the heart is filled with gladness — sharing a piece of paradise with Amore.
