Writing a New Canvas

Writing a New Canvas

Left alone to do what the hearts calls us to do

Thousands of miles away — new songs are presented. Islands faded memories — a glimpse into futures fold — past and present colliding.

Feet finally reaching the surfaced shores — glancing outwardly — nothing in sight for days. Inward returns — present for mystical arrivals of spirits residing.

Kepuha approaches in a hollowed vessel — asking, “What took you so long to get here?” Continued mocking on Hagatna shores — “did you bring your drum?”

No. Empty-handed but heart-songs ready to blend with ancient tunes — “that will do” — better get on with it then. Wait, before you go, Have you met The One Who Listens?

With a big Chamarro smile, “I have.” In the blink of an eye — chief Kepuha was gone. Till we meet again — welcome to the island — voices echoing in winds gusty form.

Thank you Marilyn Glover, and the whole Third-Eye-Ascension family for holding this sacred space.

Much gratitude for those who take time to read, ponder, and allow the inner workings of self to come forward. Grateful for the feedback, love shared, and, more importantly, the Dance with Inspiration. Deep Peace.
